It's orange week!

I know I did a orange themed post last week, so I was a little early, but I'll do a second one so that I am a little more current.

Quite a while back a lady at work asked me if I would be interested in making her a pair of earrings. See, she had all these goldtone swivels for fly fishing--and would I be able to do anything with them? So I took them home a played around a bit, and this is what I came up with~


They were a departure away from the vinyl I have been working with--and the shrink plastic, foam core, and decorative papers! The beads are coral howlite, a deep reddish-orange that complements the gold tone nicely. Sherrie Dee was happy with them. And that color really is close to the actual Etsy orange, don't you think!
